Job Description & Summary

Promote and deliver People and Organization related consulting services to external clients. Specifically,

* Associate ~ Senior AssociateDraft and develop project proposal and deliverables in a timely mannerCoordinate meeting and event properly to facilitate client communication and relationshipConduct market research and methodology study in people and organization filedSupport other internal or external project tasks requested

* Associate ~ Senior Associate具教育訓練、人才發展、人才評鑑工具證照或內部講師經歷者佳人力資源管理相關經驗2年以上

工作經歷：人力資源管理、企業管理、專案管理相關經驗

(A~SA: 1年以上)，正式工作經驗至少2年以上

學歷要求：碩士(含)以上

科系要求：人力資源相關、心理學、社會/社工相關科系、企業管理、資訊管理相關科系、應用統計或應用數學相關科系

語文條件：TOEIC 850以上、IELTS 6.5以上、TOEFL iBT 90以上

擅長工具：Excel、PowerPoint、Word；具Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, Alteryx等數據分析工具技能佳  

工作技能：具薪酬福利、教育訓練講師、人資專業證照、專案管理專業證照者佳
