WHAT WE'RE DOING
Come join the C2BMC Software Development Team and put your project management skills to work as we drive the entire enterprise forward serving one of our MDA customer’s most critical missile defense mission needs! C2BMC is an IDIQ structured program comprised of multiple task orders responsible for the design, development, deployment, integration, testing, operations and sustainment of a software based Command/Control and Battle Management system. This system provides US Commanders around the globe essential situational awareness and is the integrating element central to the MDA’s ballistic missile defense missions.
In this role as a C2BMC Operations Lead you will report to the C2BMC Senior Program Manager and support execution of project management related duties and responsibilities that span the C2BMC Task Orders and Enterprise.
THE WORK
Responsibilities assigned will vary considerably, however will directly support successful program level execution and may include:
• Owning project management responsibilities associated with a major area of execution scope
• Leading special assignments and projects at the Missile Defense Solutions market segment level
• Facilitating execution of programmatic business rhythms such as closure of program level action items, annual operating document updates while leading efforts to streamline that update process, lead actions/coordination of customer reviews, prepare monthly & weekly internal level status packages
• Provide direct support & delegation, as needed, for the C2BMC Senior Program Manager supporting day to day program operational execution needs at the task order as well as C2BMC enterprise level
• Change agent to drive implementation focused in digital transformation as our business rhythms continue to evolve
• Supporting engineering estimate or engineering change proposal activities
• Supporting task order level work planning activities through the AGILE iteration planning cycles

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong project management or technical lead experience including utilization of metrics to manage work execution
• Track record of delivering results and solving problems in a complex matrix organization through skilled coordination with other team members
• Active DoD Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Energized self-starter with outstanding organizational and communications skills
• Demonstrated experience with or knowledge of program management related digital transformation initiatives and capabilities
• Demonstrated experience with AGILE framework for project execution including metrics to track and manage team performance
• Technical experience or background with software development projects and control account management
• Demonstrated fluency with LM proposal tools (genBOE), processes, and compliance requirements

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $91,300 - $175,000. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
