THE JOB
The Casinos Contracts team is looking for a someone to fill a full-time, temporary position for 6 months. This person is an integral part of the Casino Division. Each year, this division books several hundred shows for casino clients across the country and Canada. We are looking for someone to process contracts for these shows who is dependable, a quick-learner, consistent in their work, and able to manage multiple deadlines. Experience with contracts is strongly preferred. References required.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DOManage contracting and document review processes for the Casino Division booking teamDrafting, evaluating, and executing a variety of contracts, including but not limited to, artist contracts and client contractsCollecting necessary/applicable documents such as compliant Certificates of Insurance, tax documentation, and payment details from each artist or contractor and maintaining a detailed log with status updatesMaintaining internal and client-facing communication and monitoring processes between the artists or contractors, casino properties, booking team, and Legal Department while assisting with any agreements business points and legal negotiationsIdentify and discuss discrepancies or potential issues with Legal Department or Risk ManagementPerform other job responsibilities, as assignedWHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
