**Join the PDS Tech Team!** Be part of a dynamic workforce with opportunities to grow, contribute, and thrive in a supportive environment. **Position:** C4 Operator – 2nd Shift **Location:** Cabin Materials, Marysville, WA **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM **Compensation:** $20.00/hr + $1.25/hr shift differential **About the Role:** We’re seeking a motivated C4 Operator to support the manufacturing of core sheets through the C4 process and assist the Panels Department. This role involves physically demanding tasks and requires flexibility and a willingness to adapt to various responsibilities. **Key Responsibilities:** + Shear and stretch hobes, and load sheets into machines. + Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. + Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided). + Perform basic housekeeping and machine maintenance tasks. + Actively participate in operational improvement initiatives. + Cross-train or transfer to other departments as needed. + Work overtime, including weekends, as required. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** 2+ years of steady, relevant work history preferred. + **Skills:** Strong English communication, legible handwriting, and basic math proficiency. + **Physical Requirements:** Ability to push/pull/lift 80+ pounds (two-person lift available) and wear a full-face respirator when necessary. + **Preferred:** Prior manufacturing experience. This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
