**Job Description**
The selected candidate manages contract support operations for assigned projects. Serves as the contractor s authorized interface with the Delivery Order Contracting Officer s Representatives, government management personnel, and end user representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes and goals of the organization to subordinate personnel.. Under stringent time frames, assembles and recruits as necessary to perform assigned tasks. Must have demonstrated communications skills at all levels of management.
Requires experience with:
+ development or acquisition strategies in regards to Tagging, Tracking, Locating (TTL) equipment and in other aspects of TTL operations, military communications, intelligence or reconnaissance systems
+ developing strategic plans and concepts, including operational planning, system enclosures and mounting, other TTL systems utilization, and quick reaction support;
+ Providing technical advice to end users and end user leadership.
Requires experience with product development and emerging technology.
This position is remote, but some onsite collaboration will be expected. There is no relocation assistance available for this position.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Administration, or a similar field from an accredited college or university.
Ten (10) years of direct work experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems, subsystems and equipment
Eight (8) years of direct work experience, to include: Design, Development, Production, Installation, and Test & Evaluation of Joint Service Command, Control, Communications, Computer, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems, subsystems, and equipment
Four (4) years as manager of Joint Warfighter C4ISR tasks, to include: Supervising Project Personnel, Scheduling Work, Writing Proposals and Preparing Bids, and Equipment and Material Logistics Control. Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
Demonstrated industry and public service leadership in military communications, intelligence gathering or reconnaissance systems
Active Top Secret clearance and the ability to maintain
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Leading technical product programs or engineering teams for delivery
Product Owner Experience
Communications devices, to include but not be limited to, the Thuraya IP , Iridium 9575 satellite phone, SHOUT Nano, 9602 tracking devices and the Iridium GO (Wi-Fi) for technical operation, troubleshooting, and tactical employment
Various Tracking technologies and other end user devices and or tagging, tracking, and locating technologies employed by SOF forces in theater
Google Earth and various mapping applications employed by SOF to provide Common Operational Pictures
Unitrac System Administration
Mobile server, Wi-Fi, and Broadband Global Area Networks
Linux and Windows Based Servers
Android Tactical Assault Kit Phones
Domain Name Server
Firewall Management Applications
Open Virtual Private Networks
Virtual Machines
Python Programming
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
