Leidos National Security Sector has an exciting career opportunity as a Project Manager with practical experience in Construction Surveillance Technician/Site Security Management to be based out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific PACAF C5ISRO II Specialized Service Projects throughout the Pacific Area of Operations with a focus on consistency within PACAF/A2 security requirements. Must possess direct practical experience with SCIF renovations, Network/System Infrastructure upgrades, and have Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) and Site Security Manager (SSM) experience and/or certification. This is an exciting opportunity to support our nation’s Pacific Air Forces throughout the Pacific.

Primary Responsibilities.

More specifically, the candidate will:

Lead and track the planning and implementation of C5ISRO II Contract Specialized Service projectsDevelop security plans (CSPs) and coordinate changes with appropriate Special Security Office (SSO) contactsFacilitate, coordinate, and ensure project scope, goals and deliverables remain on trackCoordinate project tasks and resource requirementsDevelop full-scale complex project plansAssemble and coordinate project staffPlan and schedule project timelines to include integration of international supply chain tracking and Team personnel travelTrack project deliverables using appropriate toolsProvide direction and support to the project team; keep senior Government Intel and supported Command officials always informedProvide quality assurance oversightConstantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholdersOriginate/present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutionsImplement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputsProvide project evaluations and assessment of results, and provide monthly status reports

Basic Qualifications.

Bachelor’s Degree (preferably Construction, Systems, Network, or Electrical Engineering) with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or a master’s with 6-10 years of prior relevant experienceTS/SCI Clearance required on day oneExperience as a Site Security Manager (SSM) or direct security experience supporting DoD SCIF renovation/construction projectsCertified or have experience as a Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) or direct engineering experience supporting DoD SCIF renovation/construction projectsMust possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be customer service oriented, and possess demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skillsMust be able to present updates and briefings to senior leaders coherentlyExperience with the Microsoft Office suite of applications

Preferred Qualifications.

Experience using MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management softwareExperience with projects requiring Intelligence Community Directive 705-1 certification and complianceExperience with Pacific Air Force Organization, structure, units, and operations throughout the Pacific

Pay Range:Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
