Subfamily Description
Corporate Affairs (CA) contains the organization’s public image and government stakeholders’ relationship, covers key relevant government stakeholders, industrial associations, relevant Ambassy and Chambers, to well position corporate image and story, deliver corporate story, raise business issues. To setup the senior dialogue and high-profile meetings, participate programs, provide the industrial policy analysis and work on lobby planning and execution based on business strategy.
Impact
Impact is short-term through individual and team contributions. Scope is primarily within own subject area in a function/unit. Actions and errors impact on program, project or function. Provides measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of the organisation's business strategies, with some impact on business unit/ function overall results.

Knowledge & Experience
Management Experience / Achieved well-advanced skills of a specific professional discipline combining deep knowledge of theory and organisational practice or expertise. Recognised expert in their field (depth & breadth). Typically requires 5-8 years extensive relevant experience and/or a graduate / postgraduate equivalent degree.
• Develop and maintain relationship with key relevant government entities, policy makers and regulators, represent the company at government meetings, industrial events, etc.
• Monitor and analysis legislative and regulatory developments relevant to business, develop policy position and advocacy strategy to influence legislation and regulations.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with industry associations, think tanks and other stakeholders to drive collective advocacy efforts.
• Support the senior meeting and dialogue with key stakeholders’ officials.
• Other works relevant to CA departments’ key tasks.
