The Role

This role focuses on the completeness and accuracy of Concur expense reports. This position requires strong attention to detail and consideration of multiple sources of information, rules, regulations, and policies. 

Essential Functions

The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed in this position. They are not intended to prescribe or restrict the assignments that management may make.

Review Concur expense reports for completeness of included charges, completeness, and accuracy of receipts, and accuracy of expense codingEnsure all expense reports are completed and submitted by internal due datesReconcile Concur expenses to corporate credit card records and relevant travel records; follow up with employees for unreconciled activityCommunicate with employees to obtain missing receipts and/or supporting informationEnsure billable expenses are compliant with client contracts and/or client travel and expense policiesEnsure non-billable (internal) expenses are compliant with applicable corporate policiesDocument key findings and information

Requirements

3+ years of experience auditing expense reports in ConcurExperience with multi-national/multi-currency Concur platform is preferred, but not requiredBasic understanding of various currencies and exchange impacts, primarily: U.S. dollar, Canadian Dollar, British Pound Sterling, and EuroProficient in Microsoft Office, primarily ExcelAbility to perform detailed reconciliationsAbility to consider high-level organizational impacts of Concur expense codingAbility to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environmentAptitude to work and communicate effectively with diverse levels of business personnelCommitment to excellence, honesty, loyalty, and trustworthiness

Location/Hours

Days and hours of work are flexible based on the candidate's schedule and availability. This is a hybrid role in either the Denver, CO (DTC) or Charlotte, NC area. 

Compensation

The base hourly rate for this position is in the range of $25.00 - $29.50. Ultimately, wages may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in the role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria. Please talk with a CAA Recruiter to learn more.
