We are seeking an experienced Lead Cabinet Assembler to oversee and assist in the production of custom cabinetry, fixtures, and displays. This hands-on leadership role ensures projects are built safely, on time, and to quality standards while mentoring and supporting team members.

Locations: Middleton, WI
Wage: $22-27/hr
Hours: 8-10 hour shifts; Mon-Fri; 40 hours/week. Morning and Night Shifts available!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assist in assembly of fixtures and displays Oversee multiple projects, delegate tasks, and maintain timelines Train and supervise production team on safety and quality standards Assist with inventory, scheduling, shipping, and shop organization Troubleshoot production challenges and ensure work order accuracy Qualifications: 5+ years of cabinetmaking/millwork experience 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role Proficient with shop machinery, hand tools, and reading shop drawings Experience with FileMaker and Google Docs a plus Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 70 lbs, stand for 8 hours, and work in a shop environment
