Ferguson is now seeking a Cabinet Designer to join our team!

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $65k - $90k annually.

Responsibilities:Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and homeowners, to sell and specify cabinets and a range of other products, which may include lighting, appliances, and high-end fixturesRespond to inquiries with accurate pricing, inventory and delivery informationAssist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accuratelyContinually focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree is preferred, equivalent experience in sales within our industry will be consideredAt least 1 year of experience with kitchen cabinet design or interior design is requiredKnowledge of 20/20 CAD design software is requiredHouse call and interior installation experience is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication including a strong sales presenceAbility to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as requiredThe ability to manage a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledgeStrong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism
