Responsibilities:

Prepare tools, paint, and surfaces for finishing.

Apply solvent and water-based finishes to wood and metal fixtures.

Mix, blend, and match finishes to customer specifications.

Maintain and care for finishing equipment and tools.

Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in painting or finishing.

Strong attention to detail and color matching skills.

Ability to operate airless and HVLP sprayers.

Willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
