Summary: Seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker II for weekend work focused on fabricating and assembling aircraft furniture using blueprints and engineering drawings.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Basic knowledge of cabinetmaking processes, products, and tools Two years of experience in cabinetmaking

Preferred Skills:

Experience in the aerospace industry Working knowledge of Gulfstream inspection and process specifications

Responsibilities:

Fabricate furniture and wood-surfaced subassemblies using blueprints and specifications Assemble, pin, glue cabinet shells; install hardware in subassemblies Apply exterior surface materials such as laminates and veneers Use stationary and hand-held power tools for fabrication or disassembly Comply with safety, housekeeping policies; use personal protective equipment Utilize material tracking system for parts demand and work sign-off Collaborate on process improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, cycle time, and man-hours using Lean Six-Sigma techniques

Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
