Job Description Job ID#: 24914 Job Category: Light Industrial Position Type: Contract/W-2 Duration: 1 year Shift: 4/10-B Positions Available: 3 Job Ad: Cable Assembler Pay range: $22-$27/hr Location:Oldsmar, FL Employment Type:Full-time – Contract to Hire Key Responsibilities: + Perform assembly tasks using diagrams, drawings, and detailed instructions. + Make initial layouts and use hand and/or power tools, jigs, saws, and other equipment. + Conduct continuity checks on work in process and on completed assemblies. + Perform quality inspections on the processing line in accordance with established quality specifications. + Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as per specifications and under simulated conditions. + Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following all safety guidelines. Qualifications: + Experience in production assembly, particularly with electronic or mechanical components. + Ability to read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other technical documentation. + Skilled in using a variety of hand and power tools. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and procedures. #IND-2 Datrose is an equal opportunity employer.
