Summary: Looking for Cable Assemblers with experience in RF Microwave cable and connector assembly, to join our team immediately.

Job Requirements:

3-5 years of RF related and/or mechanical assembly experience.

High School diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work with hand tools and semi-automated tools/fixtures.

Proficiency in operating specific programs and accessing appropriate documentation.

Strong record keeping skills.

Ability to work from product drawings, written, and verbal instructions.

Experience with mechanical inspection equipment (drop indicators, calipers, interface gauges, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

Direct RF Microwave cable and connector assembly experience is a plus.

Possession of an applicable Soldering Certification for Cable Assembly (i.e. J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620) is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities:

With minimal supervision, prepare, assemble, and inspect RF Microwave cable and connectors according to product and process specifications.

Set up and operate the assembly equipment, tools, and fixtures necessary to prepare materials for assembly.

Conduct all necessary inspections of the product.

Monitor assembly processes and make recommendations for improvements in support of process and product quality.
