The Construction Field Supervisor works with our construction crews at a variety of sites to ensure job deliverables are met. This position is responsible for scheduling, safety, quality control, tools and materials, and the efficiency of the underground and overhead construction crews. The Cable Construction Supervisor works closely with customers, local jurisdictions, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Direct Hire
Required Skills & Experience 2-5 Years in a supervisory role for Cable Construction field teams Prefer experience with Underground and Aerial. Experience working with stakeholders and external vendor management. Knowledge of the physical construction and design of aerial and underground of cable plant including coax & fiber What You Will Be Doing Partner with internal and external customers to communicate project tasks, and schedules. Coordinates activities with other employees within our or the customer’s organization to ensure compliance and appropriate follow-through of policies, procedures, rules, rates, and completion dates applicable to his/her assigned projects. Surveys proposed service routing and estimates materials, construction, and labor costs. Schedule crews and follow up on their productivity. Ensure crew daily reporting is complete. Ensure safety and quality on all work sites. Ensure the crews complete their portions of the document control process and ensure constant communication with the customer and both internal and external team members regarding project related changes. Ensure crews deliver as built data in clear, accurate formats. Escalate any project related issues that may impact completion and/or customer satisfaction. Assist the Construction Manager with employee development and performance reviews of the construction crews. The Offer $72,000 - $80,000
