You'll have...
Minimum an associate degree in mechanical engineering or related engineering discipline is required
Minimum 5 years hands on experience in the areas of both CAD design and CAE model building
Proficient in software ANSA, HYPERMESH, TCE, CATIA
Good communication skills and team players

What you'll do...
Work closely with battery thermal CFD engineers in Dearborn to gather CAD info for CFD model building
Work closely with India GES team to deliver high quality CFD models on time to support program sign offs
Coordinate the model building activities to streamline the process and achieve CAE engineering efficiency
Clean CAD surfaces and build CFD models for CFD engineers to carry out battery thermal analysis
Mentor/train new team members in model building activities
Work with CFD engineers and D&R engineers to develop concept CAD designs and CFD models for quick turn around of CAE models
Maintain and update the model building guidelines for battery pack thermal performance model and fire resistance model
