Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity for a CAD CAM III at Dental Art in Lansing, MI.
The regular days for this position are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
Monitor workflow to ensure tasks are completed on time per the dentist’s prescription/requests adhering to quality standards set forth by the company. Working with other department leaders to communicate challenges or issues in production. Training and development of team members to optimize workflow and to mitigate overtime. Monitor and assess new materials and integrate them into production when available. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Handle technical calls pertaining to the department. Assist clients with technical questions. Participate in team member review process. Participate in leadership training events All other duties as assigned.Skills and Abilities Required:

Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent Must have 12 months of experience or specified skills required for CAD/CAM DepartmentPhysical Requirements:
