Job Title: CAD DesignerJob Description The CAD Designer will work as a competent member of the team, contributing to daily assigned tasks as directed by their supervisor. Responsibilities + Draft redlines from planners + Process survey drawings into base maps + Create circuit and vicinity maps + Create detail drawings of padmounted equipment + Incorporate charts, tables, and specification sheets into drawings Essential Skills + Basic knowledge and ability to utilize AutoCAD software + Ability to code routines within the framework of general civil drafting practices Additional Skills & Qualifications + AutoCAD/Drafting Course Certificate + Experience with AutoCAD + Experience with Design and Drafting + Knowledge of Electrical and Construction principles + Experience with Solidworks + Experience with Revit + Knowledge of Mechanical engineering + Experience with Microstation + Land development knowledge Work Environment The CAD Designer will work in an office environment utilizing a variety of software including AutoCAD, Solidworks, Revit, and Microstation. The position may require collaboration with other team members and adherence to project deadlines. The work hours and dress code will be communicated by the supervisor. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
