At Avail, we’re small enough for your ideas to make a big impact, and large enough to offer you opportunities to grow professionally at any stage of your career.    JOB SUMMARY Under general supervision, the CAD Drafter is responsible for carrying out drafting assignments of a routine to moderately complex nature with limited latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment.    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES   + Converts engineers' rough product design sketches into working documents by digitizing with computer aided design (CAD). + Maintains standards by reviewing engineering drawings and supporting documentation. + Collaborates with design originators to resolve discrepancies between original drawings and final CAD designs. PROFILE LEVEL DESCRIPTION + Expands skills in own work area within an analytical/scientific method or operational process. + Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work within own area of expertise. + Works within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods with a moderate degree of supervision.
