Position DescriptionDue to continued growth and company expansion an excellent opportunity has arisen for a CAD Engineer to work in the data centre engineering department at Airedale by Modine. The role involves working closely with a team of mechanical, electrical, controls, manufacturing and quality engineers to design and develop bespoke cooling products for the data centre market, from concept through to production manufacture whilst maintaining the existing portfolio.
The role consists of working as part of a team to develop new product for Airedale’s cloud division.
Producing drawings adhering to company, departmental and industry standards
Creating 3D models, layout drawings and designing pipe-work Creating sheet metal manufacturing drawings of folded parts and assembly drawings.
