The group focuses on Data Center silicon for AI compute, providing chip solutions to the largest hyperscalers. With over 25 years of successful chip implementations, the team is renowned for tape-out many chips right the first time.What You Can Expect
We are looking for a senior CAD manager to oversee a group of CAD engineers, supporting the entire PD group flows - Synthesis, Place and Route, STA, Logical Equivalent, etc.
The successful candidate will have over 10 years of experience in semiconductor CAD and relevant management experience. A good understanding of all aforementioned flows and tools is a preliminary requirement for applying.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Have completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, and have over 10 years of related professional experience.
In addition, you will need:
Proven management skills and ability to handle multi-disciplinary interfacesStrong understanding of standard RTL to GDS flows and methodologyStrong scripting skills in languages such as Perl, Tcl, and PythonIn-depth understanding of digital logic and computer architectureIn-depth knowledge of VerilogGood communication skills and self-discipline contribute in a team environmentStrong problem-solving abilityIndependent work driven by high motivation, initiative, and creativity.Additional Compensation and Benefit Elements
