POSITION - CAD / REVIT / BIM LEADER

Role description:

The CAD/Revit/BIM Lead will play a pivotal role in leading project teams with CAD/Revit/BIM modeling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts, as well as developing and providing training for junior team members.

Role accountabilities:

Provide Revit and AutoCAD support for design projects. Some activities include but are not limited to: Revit model and project model setup,  development of customized solutions, drawing development, document control, etc.  Lead project teams with Revit modeling requirements, content creation, and coordination efforts The creation and management of families for technology systems including ESS, AV, Communications, IM/IT & Structured cabling Develop drawings using design information provided by Visio, Bluebeam, and CAD including systems line diagrams, floor plans, and elevations Coordinate team assignments and monitor production Manage junior team members conduct employee reviews and provide training and mentorship

Qualifications & Experience:

7+ years in a related role with a focus on Engineering/ Architectural / Construction Industry projects experience  Ability to work remotely on a Pacific Standard Time workday by utilizing technologies such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, Zoom, Go To Meeting, etc. Advanced capability in 2 or 3 BIM-related software packages  with the ability to define BIM outcomes Energetic, diplomatic, flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work with a range of personalities and technical knowledge  Deep experience in setting up and coordinating a BIM Protocol and Execution Plan for a given project  Revit and design focus on technology systems and devices for Div.27 and Div.28 Experience working with design markup programs such as Visio, Bluebeam, CAD Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to work in an agile sprint-based team environment  Excellent communication skills - oral and written

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $100,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.   #LI-AS4 #BIM #revit
