Job Title: CAD Technician
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team. The CAD Technician will prepare CAD drawings for contract documents, maintain drawing files, and create graphics for engineering reports. This role requires proficiency in CAD drafting, including surface generation, grading, site layout, structural drawings, and quantity takeoffs.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare CAD drawings for contract documents based on input and guidance from design staff.Maintain drawing files, sheet sets, CAD standards, and other digital files.Prepare graphics for engineering reports, professional papers, and presentations.Perform CAD drafting work, including surface generation, grading, site layout, structural drawing, and quantity takeoffs.Participate in professional training to develop and implement new skills related to job duties.Essential Skills1-5 years of Civil Site/Land Development CAD Drafting experience.Proficient with Civil 3D.Grading experience is a must.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with erosion control, ground level design, steel-reinforced concrete, piping networks, and storm drainage design are a plus.Work Environment

The position is fully in-office, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible lunch options. You will collaborate with a team of approximately 25 people based in the Alpharetta, GA office. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
