Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a CAD Technician Designer to join our team of Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in AutoCAD and Revit. This person will create and draft technical details as well as prepare variations of design. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
ResponsibilitiesCreate and draft technical details using AutoCAD and Revit.Prepare variations of design according to project requirements.Collaborate with Land Surveyors, Landscape Architects, and Site Engineers.Ensure accuracy and completeness in all drafted designs.Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in CAD technology.Essential SkillsMinimum of three years of experience in AutoCAD and Revit.Proficient in Civil 3D.Experience with land development projects.High School diploma.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with residential/commercial land development.Self-motivated and eager to learn.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Work Environment
The work environment is an office setting with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are a family-oriented team of about 25 employees, deeply involved in the community. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
