SUMMARY OF THE ROLE CAD Technician - Heavy Lifting and Transport Operations Commencing March/April 2025 Salary dependent on experience from £29,100 up to £41,720 Working on site at the Mammoet office in Hixon, Staffordshire Do you have the skill and attention to detail, to help accurately communicate our engineering plans? As a draftsperson for Mammoet you will be supporting our engineering team in Hixon producing detailed drawings of our equipment and long term overseeing the inventory of our heavy-lift equipment. This is a full-time, permanent role based at our offices in Hixon, Staffordshire. Regular travel in the UK will be required as part of the role. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Preparing technical drawings of structural and equipment systems Checking work for accuracy against plans Collating relevant documentation and specifications Ensuring the required drawings are available in a timely manner Working in line with engineering systems, standards, and processes WHAT YOU’LL NEED Level 3-5 qualification in Engineering or equivalent (ONC, HNC, HND) Proficient in Autodesk Inventor, Vault and AutoCAD Proficient in Microsoft Office packages English, fluent proficiency verbal and written and UK right to work without restrictions Full driving license and able to travel to project sites when required WHAT YOU’LL GET Salary of £29,100 to £41,720 depending on experience Fantastic company bonus scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with extra days for length of service Buy and sell holiday scheme Enhanced maternity and paternity leave Employee wellbeing programme with EAP and counselling available Training and development opportunities with our fantastic Training Academy Life assurance.
