JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provides insightful commercial and financial input into business strategy development.
* Provides commercial and financial input into Business Development/Bid and Proposal activities.
* Assumes ownership for annual sales plan and P&L.
* Leads a robust talent development process to ensure a highly capable team with continually increasing capabilities and efficiency.
* Leverages Divisional and Group resources, tools and systems.
* Ensures compliance to applicable requirements and proper control environment.
* Provides guidance for financial planning, analysis and reporting.
* Drives business to reliable forecasting.
* Provides guidance and approvals for product, technology and program investment opportunities.
* Monitors financial performance of investment decisions.
* Monitor, establish and drive improvement initiatives in working capital reduction including AR, AP, deferred revenue and inventory
* Provides oversight for effective, efficient and compliant financial systems, policies, procedures and delegation of authority.
* Provides oversight of development and improvements of Business Intelligence Reporting Systems
* Supports internal and external audits.
* Oversees general ledger.
* Oversees CAPEX budget and plan.
* Ensures accurate & compliant financial reporting.
* Oversees tax and treasury related activities.
* Manages risk evaluation and mitigation process.
* Provides business partner support for M&A and business integration activities.
* Travel up to 25% of the time
* Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree in a Finance; Degree in Business or Engineering preferred
* Minimum of 10 years in finance business partner/finance function lead with emphasis on commercial and strategy support
* Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
* Must be a U.S. Person (Perm Res/Green Card)
* Experience managing a team
* Strategy development and support
* Working knowledge of strategic planning processes and strategy models
* Strong financial background and functional leadership experience
* Excellent written and oral communication, diplomacy and negotiation skills.
* M&A experience
* Strong FP&A reporting experience
* Leadership acumen
* Microsoft Excel
* Oracle
