POSITION SUMMARY:
In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, the CADD Operator shall execute his duties diligently and in accordance with the directives of the Manager, Engineering or Assistant Manager, Engineering, to which he reports. She/he Informs the Manager, Engineering or Assistant Manager, Engineering, where applicable of any concerns impacting on his ability to successfully discharge his duties.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Prepares working drawings as required by the Engineering department.
2. Produces specifications and drawings that have to be required by the department and other departments/divisions thru his immediate superior.
3. Ensures he is fully aware of the drawings/ plans being under taken.
4. Implements the standard of working drawings implemented by Engineering department.
5. Uses manual drafting expertise in drawing plans, which cannot be generated through the computer.
6. Keeps and do as-built plans for all Architectural, Civil and MEPF plans and lay-out of the company.
7. Coordinates with those concerned any required information/s that is necessary to execute and finish any task/s assigned to him.
8. Prepares timely reports in accordance with the approved scope and format affecting his area of responsibility.
9. Performs other reasonable duties as assigned by his superior from time to time. May be transferred to other sections of the Engineering Department at the discretion of the Manager, Engineering or Assistant Manager, Engineering as may be directed from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
I. Experience
1. Minimum of three (3) years’ work experience as CADD Operator preferably in a hotel or entertainment industry.
2. Working experience in Projects as an advantage
II. Education
Preferably with a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or Advanced Diploma.
III. Skills / Competencies
1. Good command in both written and spoken English.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and preferably has good working knowledge in 3D Max or Sketch-up application.
3. Good working knowledge of all MS Office applications, including Outlook.
4. Can properly read and interpret lay-out, diagram, plans/working drawings.
5. Ability to make sound decision under pressure and perform other duties as and when required in times emergency.
6. Able to create manual drawings for specific applications.
7. Ability to create designs for projects in short notice.
