Micron is hiring a Cadence ECAD Librarian to join our Central Engineering (CE) team!

Responsibilities:

Work with other Cadence CAD librarians to deliver accurate CAD parts for logical and physical designers worldwide.Apply PCB design knowledge to solve complex problems.Serve as an authority for MCAD to ECAD translation for board outlines, opening the way to innovative solutions.Evaluate current library processes and procedures, finding opportunities for improvements.Follow Design-for-Manufacturing and Best Practices guidelines in the creation of library parts.Apply Cadence Allegro, DEHDL, System Capture, and Pulse.Work effectively as part of a design team, following plans and project steps.Hybrid role: 4 days at the office and on Friday remote work.

Minimum Qualifications:

Technical degree in electrical or computer engineering or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience in PCB processes.The ability to handle a fast-paced workload with changing priorities.3+ years of experience with Cadence Allegro Logical and Physical Library design tools.The desire to work well as part of a team, maintaining a positive "can-do" attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in electrical or computer engineering and 3+ years semiconductor experience.Problem-solving and analytical skills.CID+ IPC certification.Cadence Pulse experience.5+ years of experience with PCB layout design.
