**Description**
PCSI is looking for a Cadet Command Supervisor on Fort Knox! The Cadet Command Supervisor leads and trains employees performing facility maintenance for the Cadet Command on base. The Supervisor schedules staff, tracks work orders, and resolves issues in support of site management.
This role is responsible for coordinating and prioritizing work with representatives of Cadet Command and partnering with other maintenance shops, so strong communication skills and experience working on a government installation are essential.

**What You'll Do as Cadet Command Supervisor:**
+ Supervise, plan, and perform on-the-job training of employees for Cadet Command employees assigned to include maintenance operations.
+ Participate in the interview process for open positions.
+ Plan and organize work requirements and the scheduling of staff.
+ Coordinate with appropriate agencies, departments, and shops to ensure the quality of work being performed, estimate time until completion, and notify appropriate personnel.
+ Identify and analyze problems based on current and anticipated issues and trends, gather pertinent data, and develop solutions.
+ Recommend courses of action to the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager for consideration in contract planning.
+ Works in partnership with the Representatives of Cadet Command to place priorities on workload to support the agencies.
+ Coordinate with APM for assistance with ongoing issues.
+ Track service orders for quality and completion.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain processes and systems within budget.
+ Enforce established safety program within applicable guidelines.

**What You'll Need:**
+ High school diploma or GED required.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience as a supervisor/lead required.
+ 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance operations preferred.
+ Experience on a government installation required.
+ Requires knowledge of PC functions and software, including Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and related applications.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
+ Ability to develop positive working relationships with the customer and its partners, subcontractors, staff, and workforce.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to coordinate, develop and conduct training within the guidance of safety and quality program.
+ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret maps and develop statistical reports and calculations.
+ Ability to prepare cost estimates in support of equitable adjustments for contract modifications.
+ Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language.
**Other Requirements:**
+ Ability to pass criminal, drug, and driving screening.
+ Ability to work outside in inclement weather as needed and be exposed to various dirt, debris, and odors.
+ Ability to work any time or day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
+ Possess valid driver’s license and maintain good driving record.
+ If required, ability to obtain and maintain security clearance and base access to assigned site(s).
