Job Duties
+ Exhibit a professional appearance, demeanor and hygiene.
+ Possess a positive attitude and practice positive customer service at all times.
+ Maintain a good working relationship with all employees.
+ Assist Cooks in various phases of food production.
+ With assistance, must be able to follow standardized recipes, resulting in a quality-finished product, as assigned according to specific area.
+ Set up the counter for service, i.e. food, coffee, beverage machines, etc.
+ Assist in preparation, portioning, stocking and rotation of grab-n-go coolers.
+ Inform your Supervisor of foods needed in your work area, keeping an adequate supply of all items to provide the best possible service.
+ Maintain and stock condiments, napkins holders, etc.
+ Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of work area during and after service.
+ During slack periods, assist other employees in their areas, maintaining cleanliness throughout the area.
+ Organize, set-up and fill customer orders at assigned stations.
+ Serve food from assigned station in a pleasant manner.
+ May be called upon at times to perform other related tasks not included in this description.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
+ Must maintain a 2.0 GPA
+ Interact with customers in a pleasant manner, upholding a high level of customer service.
+ Must be knowledgeable in the safe use of chemicals and cleaners.
+ Knowledge and practice of food service sanitation practices.
+ Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
+ Must possess good verbal skills.
+ Must possess a positive attitude and practice positive customer service conduct.
+ Safely operate all kitchen equipment, including dishwasher.
+ Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Additional Information:
Previous food service experience preferred.
