What you can expect in this role: 

Be in the driver seat of the sales funnel: complete test drives, create offers, achieve order and sales goals, and deliver the vehicle Be the main contact for your customer and maintain long-lasting relationships: Excite and advise customers on all aspects of the Cadillac ownership helping the customer select the right product configuration and purchase option Master your customer database by contacting prospective buyers, doing comprehensive needs analysis and updating the CRM system  Develop a deep understanding of product features, sales, and service processes and use insights to refine the business Be the product ambassadors and EV evangelists that represents Cadillacs values and vision by supporting local events and activate the local networks to generate leads and grow business Mentor, onboard and coordinate junior levels, interns and external promoter staff 

What you bring to this role: 

Several years of premium/luxury retail sales, automotive experience is an advantage Valid Driver’s license Passion for EVs and Cadillac  Strong skills in communication, empathy, persuasiveness, and stress resistance Hands-on and proactive mentality with the customer and teamwork always in focus Flexibility to work from Monday – Saturday based on a five-day work week Fluent in Swedish and English language skills 

Onsite - This role is categorized as onsite. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the store on a full-time basis.
