Caesars Reward Representative Lead

JOB SUMMARY:  

The Caesars Rewards Lead assists the Caesars Rewards Supervisor with daily assignments and coordinates functions of the Caesars Rewards Hosts.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 

Oversees the Caesars Rewards staff ensuring excellent customer services.  Promotes departmental efficiency and effectiveness by staffing each marketing services area commensurate with customer volume.  Assists in developing operational procedures to be used in conjunction with Caesars Rewards Card programs.  Trains staff and motivates staff to provide superior customer service.  Maintains accurate customer account records and coupon/inventory controls during assigned shift.  Determines weekly inventory orders of promotional items/supplies for department.  Issues coupon/inventory banks to Caesars Rewards Hosts. Checks and renews Hosts inventory and financial closeout on assigned shift. Oversees bus greeting marketing materials distribution and record keeping. Assures timely greeting of guests through advance preparation of Caesars Rewards Cards and appropriate packages. Capable of issuing Caesars Rewards Cards and providing customer information services when deemed necessary.  Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.  Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory departmental and company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:  

Must be at least 21 years old or older.  High school diploma or GED required.   Pleasant personality, flexibility, supervisory and problem-solving skills are essential.   Minimum of one year in supervision of an operation staff is required.   Customer service experience is preferred.  Moderate computer skills required.   Bookkeeping skills and the ability to maintain orderly and timely records is a must.  

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: 

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino.   Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and carry up to 20 pounds.   Must have an eye for detail.  Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, twist and grip items while working at assigned desk area.   Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate office equipment, including a 10 key adding machine, PC computer, fax machine and photo copier.   Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.  

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
