About the role

Sense has an exciting opportunity for someone to join our  team as a Café Assistant, based at our based at our purpose built centre in Selly Oak, Birmingham. This is a casual role, working a flexible number of hours per week including Saturdays as a bank member of staff covering shifts as and when necessary.

As a café Assistant at Sense TouchBase Pears you will be a vital part of ensuring we provide a warm welcome to everyone who comes into the building. You will work to provide support for the in house hospitality and catering requirements and the pop up refreshments bar. You will also assist the facilities team, including carrying out reception duties when needed.

Key skills and experienceExperience in a customer facing role, providing excellent service.The ability to prioritise and work on your own initiative.A willingness to undertake food hygiene training.Strong team working skills.About Sense
