Here’s a glimpse into what a typical day might look like: 1. **Morning Prep** 2. Arrive early to set up the café, ensuring the space is clean and inviting. 3. Prepare coffee machines, stock pastries, and check inventory for supplies 4. Review the menu and any daily specials. 5. **Customer Service** 6. Greet customers warmly as they enter the café. 7. Take orders at the counter , offering recommendations when needed. 8. Handle payments and maintain accuracy in transactions. 9. **Beverage and Food Preparation** 10. Prepare high-quality meals according to customer requests. 11. Plate and serve baked goods, snacks, or light meals quickly and neatly. 12. **Maintaining the Café** 13. Keep the café tidy by clearing tables, washing dishes, and restocking supplies. 14. Monitor cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards. 15. **Engagement and Problem-Solving** 16. Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere. 17. Address any customer concerns or issues professionally and efficiently. 18. **End-of-Day Tasks** 19. Clean and close down equipment. 20. Restock and prepare for the next day’s operations.Throughout the day, café workers collaborate as a team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
