To learn more about Mission Technologies, click here for a short video: https://vimeo.com/732533072 Summary HII Mission Technologies is seeking a Business Operations Project Manager for the Combat Air Forces Distributed Mission Operations (CAF DMO) Program in Orlando, FL. The selected candidate will s erve as an alternate Point of Contact (POC) with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and be responsible for assisting the MAF DMO Program Manager (PM) with managing and overseeing facilities and tasks assigned to all contractor personnel, subcontractor, and teaming partners. The candidate will c oordinate with the senior engineer, program control analyst, facility coordinator, and team leads in support of acquisition, logistics, travel, budgeting, administrative, and business operations. The selected candidate will also provide tools and tracking of issues related to management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution of this task order. This role is NOT eligible for remote or hybrid work and is executed on-site. What you will do Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Duties include: + Conducts business operations management in support of day-to-day operations. + Ensure subcontractor requirements are properly authorized and funded. + Coordinate with program control on behalf of the program manager. + Assess project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. + Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. What you must have + 4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience. + Experience managing government contracts or subcontractors. + Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. + Proven ability to schedule virtual meetings, plan events and ensure resources are properly allocated for contract execution. + Report status, develop project-related documentation and implement lessons learned. + Participate in project performance review meetings and discussions. + Must be a US citizen, currently hold and able to maintain a Secret Security Clearance. Preferred Requirements + Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification + Knowledge of USAF Simulator Training Systems + Experience managing Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) contracts Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment.
