As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that are aligned with customer’s business plan to build growth in new geographic areaBuilding relationships with key customers at both corporate and refining facilitiesPerforming standard account management practices to understand customer needs, requirements, and potential sales opportunities while managing account P&LMentoring service delivery personnel for assigned customer account(s)Applying or leading the application of innovative ideas and systems to create a business or organizational advantageManaging customer contracts to maximize profitability while monitoring and evaluating programs and expendituresFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelors Degree or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experienceHave at least 10 years experience in refining, petrochemical, or industrial water treatment sales experienceHave experience in commercial or sales role with good customer interface, relationship building and delivering sales growthShow comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and refinery market conditionsHave a solid understanding and knowledge of Water and Refinery processesShow good understanding of industrial chemical treatment and sales processHave an understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss and cash-flow managementBe available to travel up to 50% of the timeWork in a way that works for you
