Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Cafe Attendants to join our team at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Cafe Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverage items while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?

Food and Beverage Service Duties

Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelinesPrepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as espresso, espresso Lungo, café latte, and cappuccinoPrepare and serve food menu itemsServes alcoholic beverages responsibly, requests identification, and adheres to all unit and company alcohol service policies and proceduresRecords all waste on required reportsAcquaints guests with complimentary items and items available for saleParticipates in the set-up of the cafe, arranges inventory, and notifies the Supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortagesPerforms clean-up duties in the café to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipmentCompletes opening & closing checklists for cleaning and restocking

Cashier Duties (if applicable)

Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owedCollects the proper payment for food and beverage items; processes credit card
