As a Cafe Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience. All team members receive benefits including: + Weekly pay + Employee assistance program + Training and development opportunities + Employee discounts + Flexible work schedules Eligible team members may also receive: health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, and tuition and/or professional certification reimbursement. **What will you do?** + Greets guests approaching the counter according to GuestPath standards and supplies guest with a menu + Serves food and beverage items in correct proportions, following proper sanitation guidelines + Prepares and sells smoothies and coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as, espresso, espresso Lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino + Prepare and serve food menu items + Records all waste on required reports + Acquaints guests with complimentary items and items available for sale + Participates in set-up of cafe, arranges inventory, notifies Supervisor of any inventory deficiency or shortages + Performs clean-up duties in the café to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment, moping floors and dusting + Completes opening & closing checklists for cleaning & restocking + Performs other duties as assigned **Cashier Duties (if applicable)** + Properly records all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed + Collects the proper payment for food and beverage items; processes credit card **More about you** + Minimum 16 years of age + Experience preferred, but not required + Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s GuestPath Universal Service Standards + Ability to complete required pre-employment food safety and alcohol service training + Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for inventory + Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and receive orders + Ability to work effectively with others + Ability to work in fast-paced environment **Physical requirements** + Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions + Ability to remain stationary for entire length of shift + Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 lbs. + May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season + May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces **Shift details** Day shift Weekends Holidays **Who we are** Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012.
