Places food and beverage orders, delivers items to tables and ensures guests enjoy their visit to the coffee shop.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Takes accurate food and beverage orders, retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guest tables according to venue specifications and to engage with guests in a professional courteous and efficient manner and complete side work. Maintains knowledge of all restaurant menu options and answers guests’ questions about the menu. Delivers food to guests, ensuring that the proper order was received and that beverages are refilled. Communicates regularly with on-coming shift staff and the chef on duty to address issues and concerns. Ensures that all food is served within health, safety and sanitation guidelines. Attends training classes required by management. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
