Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Cafe Manager to lead our Guest Experience Team NEXDINE Hospitality’s Healthcare vertical. Be involved in elevating patients’ experience and overal satisfaction with dining services.

Salary: $60,000-$65,000

Essential Functions

Establishes departmental goals and oversees implementation of retail dining services program

Hires, directs, coaches, trains, and develops guest experience ambassadors

Oversees all retail venues including cafe, lounges and catering.

Supports achieving overall guest satisfaction goals and metrics

Complies with regulatory standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to facility confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and patient rights policies

Participates in/ leads patient satisfaction programs, departmental meetings, and facility wide Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement programs

Supervisory Responsibility

This position serves as a member of the leadership team and is responsible for the performance management of the overall account.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, televisions, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
