The opportunityDelaware North Gaming is searching for part-time Cage and Vault Supervisors to join our team in Hamburg Gaming in Hamburg, New York. In this role you will oversee all areas of the cage and vault to ensure that all state, federal, and Delaware North guidelines and procedures are being followed.
Must be able to work holidays and weekends
Shifts would be 5pm to 4:30am or 6pm to 4:30am

What will you do? Cross train in the Overnight Main Bank. Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development. Follow all policies and procedures. Maintain self-serve kiosks. Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable. Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues. Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary. More about you Must be able to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment’s. Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high-volume environment required. Must have basic computer skills. Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license. Physical requirements Ability to lift 30lbs occasionally, push and pull trolly cart with approximate weight of 100lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to bend, lift and crouch as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment. Gaming environment, noise levels may be moderate-to-high, including exposure to second-hand smoke. Shift detailsEvening shift
