Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Cage Manager to join our team at Daytona Poker Room in Daytona Beach, Florida. As Cage Manager, you will manage all areas of the cage and vault to ensure that all state, federal, and Delaware North guidelines, and procedures are being followed.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Manage main bank, cashiers cage, drop, and count operations Ensure all federal, state, local, and Delaware North gaming regulations and procedures are followed Handle flow and tracking of all cash and chips through the cage Maintain accurate vault and cashier balances investigate all variances, and report when applicable Oversee staffing, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and developing team members More about you At least three years of supervisory experience in a gaming role, poker room experience a plus Ability to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault impressment Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required Must be at least 21 years old Ability to obtain and maintain a state gaming license Physical requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds Shift details
