As a Cake Decorator, you will be a brand ambassador, bringing fans’ imaginations to life through your artistry while delivering excellent service. **Key Responsibilities:** + Professionally represent the Baskin-Robbins brand in all interactions. + Design and decorate cakes using icing, gel, airbrush techniques, edible images, and lettering to exceed fan expectations. + Assemble and prepare cakes with creativity and attention to detail. + Deliver exceptional service by quickly and accurately preparing food products while adhering to health and safety standards. + Provide answers to fan inquiries about ingredients and product preparation. + Foster a positive and cooperative working environment with team members and management. + Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting workspace for fans and employees. + Demonstrate a genuine passion for excellence in all tasks. + Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
