Calvary Street Property Management, a subsidiary of Gilbane Development Company, is a leading provider of property management services for residential and commercial properties.

 

Calvary Street Property Management is seeking a Part Time Concierge who will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the community.

Responsibilities High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clientsAssist with social mediaAnswer incoming calls and route as appropriateSupport and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Business Office ManagerServe as customer service contact for questions and concernsEnsure clean and presentable office space at all timesAssist with all special projectsUnderstand and commit to the principals and values of the communityOther duties as assigned Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

High school diplomaOr equivalent combination of education and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Availability to work weekends and holidaysProfessional appearance at all times and background are requiredExceptional verbal and written skillsAbility to work as a positive team memberGood interpersonal skills with all levels of staffAbility to provide compassionate customer service

Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.    
For Washington DC, this ranges from $42,000.00 - 55,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
