Responsibilities:
Manage and operate all calibration system labels and assist in periodic vendor audits for quality.Maintain and update calibration records and databases to ensure accurate documentation.Schedule and coordinate calibration activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.Perform checks on equipment to ensure durability and quality before making orders for new equipment.Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for equipment distribution and calibration services.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards.Provide training and support to staff on calibration procedures and best practices.Participate in audits and implement corrective actions as necessary.Qualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a related field, with at least 2 years in calibration coordination.Knowledge of industry best practices for corrective and preventive maintenance.Strong technical and regulatory expertise, particularly in the pharmaceutical or personal care industry.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage deadlines effectively.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is a plus.Experience with cGMP, FDA regulations, and OTC compliance standards.
