**What to Expect:**
+ Responsible for overseeing the onsite calibration lab and program and ensuring ongoing calibration requirements are met and required documentation and certifications are maintained and accessible.
+ Self-perform calibrations on designated equipment and oversee vendors for nonstandard or specialty calibration service.
+ Schedule on-site calibration events with approved calibration suppliers.
+ Ship all equipment that is coming due for calibration to approved calibration houses on a monthly basis.
+ Closely monitor the calibration due dates for all equipment and ensure all equipment remains in a calibrated state when in use.
**What we Expect:**
+ Quarantine all equipment, including spares or out of tolerance equipment, to ensure only approved equipment is being utilized.
+ Perform investigations on any equipment that is found to be out of tolerance to determine if any product has been affected.
+ Contributor in site internal audits, notified body audits and FDA audits.
+ Mentor, train and assist with less senior staff.
+ Complete all training requirements in a timely manner and maintain accurate training records.
+ Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to adhere to standardized production schedule for position and ability to work overtime to support production needs as necessary.
**Skills:**
+ ASQ Calibration Technician Certification
+ Working knowledge of MS Office
+ Ability to work with database applications, enter data, query information and provide reports.
+ Detail oriented
+ Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the company.
+ Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 17025
+ Knowledge of MDR and/or MDSAP
+ ASQ Calibration Technician Certification or equivalent is beneficial.
**Education& Experience:**
+ Preferred Minimum Non-Technical Degree: High School (H.S./GED) or Associate Degree
+ Preferred Minimum Non-Technical Degree: 2-4 Years
+ Experience working in a certified medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is beneficial.
+ Experience with Agile or Oracle is beneficial.
The annualized base salary range for this hourly role is $52,800 to $79,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
