Job Description

The Reservations Sales & Marketing Agent responds to every guest inquiry professionally in a skilled, warm and engaging manner. 

Answering and efficiently handling or Directing incoming callsMaximizing opportunities to confirm room, dinner and show reservations salesInputting room, restaurant and show reservations in the appropriate computer systemsProviding callers with necessary confirmationExpressing the luxury standards associated with the Wynn/Encore brand to callers, sharing information about the property and its amenitiesListening and documenting information accurately while on callsHandling reservations for amenities such as golf, spa and salon, or nightlife at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore as needed

QualificationsMust be at least 21 years of age or olderAdherence to all standards, policies and procedures specified for Wynn Las Vegas and the departmentWillingness to work a flexible schedule that varies according to business needsReading and communicating (writing and speaking) fluently and professionally in EnglishKnowledge of languages additional to English is preferredMinimum of one year work experience in a high-volume call centerProficient in MS Office & able to type at least 30 WPMRequires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environmentMust be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
