Job Summary: 

The experience of a lifetime begins with us! In a nutshell, we set guests up for a great time here at Park City Mountain. Come join an awesome team for the upcoming winter ski season.

 

Job Specifications:  

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $23.39 / hour 

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full & Part Time, Weekends and Holidays 

Skill Level: Entry 

 

Job Responsibilities:  

Accurately book ski school lessons, lift tickets, season passes, and winter activities.

Professionally resolve and follow through with any guest inquiries, including any returns or refunds.

Comfortable in a high-energy environment.

Savvy with a computer and telephone.

Be organized, accountable, responsible, and proficient with time-management.

Promote and embrace our Mission and Core Values

 Be available on holidays and weekends.

Be passionate about serving others.

Commitment to working the entire winter season (through April 2023).

Have an enthusiastic and outgoing personality

Be a clear and effective communicator (verbal & written).

Remain cool under pressure.

Job Requirements: 

Previous customer service experience – preferred

Proficient typing skills – required

High school diploma or equivalent – required

Must be 18 years of age or older – required

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $23.39. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
