JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Accountable for securing estimate appointment and/or repair appointment from insurance referrals and lead generations programsFunction as an expeditor of claims referrals and client escalationsReview, obtain, and/or confirm customer information as required by the Insurer and effectively schedule an appointment with the designated collision repair facilityKeep up-to-date on shop preferences, carrier requests, and provide updates as required and within deadlines utilizing internal and external systemsProvide customers with general information on what to expect during the repair experience as to manage customer expectationsMeeting set team and individual targetsEffective utilization of all system tools and resourcesProper documentation and communicationQualifications:Excellent written and oral communications skillsCapacity to manage multiple priorities and projects on tight timelinesAbility to maintain composure in difficult situationsRequired to work some varying shifts including evenings and weekendsRemote working environment

$11.50 - $20.90

Compensation Frequency:

Monthly

Base pay offered may vary depending on actual location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Supplemental pay types may include commissions or bonus incentives, depending on the role.
