We’re looking for Call Center Agents to be the vital link between our service department and our valued customers!
What You’ll Do:
• Answer high volume of incoming service calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments efficiently based on customer needs
• Outbound Service appointment confirmations, reminders and campaign calls
• Provide accurate information about services, pricing, wait times, and warranties
• Assist customers with inquiries and ensure seamlessservice experience
• Always maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent phone etiquette, and communication skills
• A positive, patient, and active listener
• Experience in a call center or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus!)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
